With over 45 years of experience in telecommunications, a gold medal from the 1996 Olympics for his work on telecommunications, with several additional recognition awards, and consistently high customer satisfaction ratings, Jim is a proven technician and industry expert.
Jim founded Action Telecomm in 2006. Jim lives in Holt, MI with his wife, dog, and a revolving door of grandchildren.
Having helped found Action with Jim, Nicole has nearly 11+ years of experience in the telecomm industry.  With an MBA from the ?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /University of Chicago, a BA from the University of Michigan, Nicole also brings her varied business experience and education to the team.
Nicole and her husband live in Novi, MI with their two sons, daughter, and dog.
